Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation, 80% of your deposit will be refunded, while 20% will be retained to cover the cost of materials and other preparation expenses already incurred. Refunds will be issued within 90 days of cancelation notice.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
