Booking & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to projects booked with Big Sky Outdoor Spaces.

Deposit

To secure your project, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your project is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation, 80% of your deposit will be refunded, while 20% will be retained to cover the cost of materials and other preparation expenses already incurred. Refunds will be issued within 90 days of cancellation notice.

Final payment

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
